Upcoming Sunday runs (Meet: SRC Store at 7am; Trailhead at 7:30am, or call 206-329-1466 for more info):
Please Note: Running times last anywhere from 2.5 hours to 6 hours depending on the distance.
SRC recommends that runners bring a water bottle (filled with water or electrolyte drink), gels and/or bars (or usual training food), and
appropriate clothing.
In general, the Sunday run will be a 14-miler (other distance options available) at
Cougar Mountain; meet at the store at 7am or at the Red Town
trailhead at 7:30am. If we are going to venture elsewhere on a given Sunday, the destination will be posted
on this page at least two to three days in advance.
If you need additional information, please call us at the store (206-329-1466).
